1. Meeting of agreements
When ordering via our online store, a purchase agreement is concluded when you confirm the order at checkout. An order confirmation is then generated automatically via our system, but without manual review. In the event of obvious errors, we reserve the right to adjust this afterwards. If you are not satisfied with this possible adjustment, you can of course cancel the order.
These sales conditions are applicable unless Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe conditions that conflict with them. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply, and for companies - the Purchase Act. The Purchase Act, unlike the Consumer Purchase Act, is dispositive, which means that companies can contract other than what the law prescribes.
2. Prices
All prices shown are in Swedish kronor including 25% VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Discounts
Discounted prices cannot be combined with additional discounts, i.e. discount on discount
cannot be combined.

We use Nets Swden AB for payment by card. To counteract the risk of fraud, the card issuers Visa and Mastercard and others have developed security standards for payment services that everyone who handles bank cards must follow.
There are two important standards: the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS).
EMV is a global standard developed by Europay, Mastercard and Visa for safer card transactions. This means using the chip on the payment card instead of the magnetic strip.

-Net's software ATC meets the requirements according to PA-DSS
-Nets meets all the security requirements for card handling that are jointly set by the international card issuers.

Advance payment
We will send you an invoice when your order is ready and you can pay to our Bankgiro or bank account.
3. Right of withdrawal
You have the full right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product. Please note that the product must be in its original packaging and must not have been opened for this to apply. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping. We never make any refund on the cost of shipping or other fees such as cash on delivery fee and invoice fee. You must attach the order form when you return the product and contact us via email or phone before any product is sent back to have the complaint approved.
Right of withdrawal applies to:
For all goods that we stock and are not produced according to the customer's wishes, the right of withdrawal applies according to the Distance Contracts Act.
ATTENTION! When ordering goods that exceed the amount for free delivery, a fixed fee of SEK 250 is added.
The right of withdrawal does not apply:
For goods ordered according to the customer's wishes and specifications, such as e.g. spokes and wheels.
For ordered goods that are not part of our standard range.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is possible without cost to the customer until the time the order has been sent. When the goods have been sent, the right of withdrawal applies according to the Distance Contracts Act.
5. Complaint
Should a product be broken or incorrect when you receive your order, you have the right to complain about this within 14 days of the product being picked up. However, you must first contact us via email or phone. If the package is damaged on delivery, you must make a complaint at your delivery point.
6. Refund
Any refunds are made to your bank account, personal account or similar. The refund takes place within 20 working days from the time we have received and approved your return.
7. Information
We reserve the right for possible image and text errors, as well as to change other types of errors in the Internet store without prior notification.
8. Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 1-2 working days from when we receive your order. However, we reserve the right that a product may be out of stock, which results in a slightly longer delivery time. We always contact you if an item is out of stock and notify you of a delivery date.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address given to us at the time of the order is correct, and that the buyer, after we have sent the order, follows up the delivery with the forwarder, and ensures that the delivery is picked up/received at the collection point within a reasonable time from dispatch , usually 9 days from dispatch.
9. Delivery delay
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you via e-mail or phone. We will then do everything we can for you to receive your order as quickly as possible.
10. Age limit
Age limit for mail order purchases is 18 years. If you are under 18, a guardian's permission is required.
11. Unredeemed Packages
Unclaimed packages are charged for both shipping and return shipping and any fees such as cash on delivery and an administration cost of SEK 295.
12. Personal data
The company is the personal data controller for the processing of the personal data that you provide to us. When you open a customer account and place an order, you provide your personal data such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail. In connection with this, you agree that we store and use your data so that we can send your order and provide you with a good service. The data is stored in our system so that you can also easily complete an order in the future without having to enter these again. We also use the information for marketing via newsletters and catalogues. According to PUL (Personal Data Act), you have the right to have the information removed from our customer register. We never disclose any information to third parties.
13. Customers from other countries
We deliver to most countries but ask us first to be safe.
14. Shipping method
All orders within Sweden are sent by Posten or DHL depending on your order. The post and DHL package are sent to the service point that is closest to the postcode you entered when ordering. For smaller shipments, your order is sometimes sent in a padded mail bag, which is delivered directly to your home. Once the order is shipped, it is available for pickup 1 - 3 days after it arrives at the delivery location. You will receive an avi sent home or an SMS when the package has reached the delivery point. When ordering against cash on delivery, you pay at the time of collection.

Shipping cost within Sweden (applies to purchases through the web shop)
For orders under SEK 1,500, shipping costs SEK 90. For orders over SEK 1,500, the order is sent free of charge.
Shipping cost to Norway (applies to purchases through the web shop)
To Norway, the shipping cost is according to the website or UPS current price list. Customers from Norway do not pay Swedish VAT. When you register as a Norwegian customer, the prices are shown without VAT. When you then pick up your order, you will have to pay Norwegian VAT and a customs handling fee.
Shipping cost to Denmark (applies to purchases through the web shop)
To Denmark, the shipping cost is the website or UPS current price list.
Shipping cost to Finland (applies to purchases through the web shop)

15. Dispute
In the event of a dispute where the buyer is a private person, it is our policy to always follow the Allmänna Reclamationsnämnden's (ARN) recommendations. Disputes between two or more companies are usually settled in court.
16. Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority's decision, non-delivery from subcontractors, costly circumstances, as well as a comparable event beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affects entered into agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we do not can keep said agreement/promise, shall form the basis for us being released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.
17. Personal data/PUL registration
In certain cases when you pay by partial payment or via invoice, you agree that Wheels and Parts may process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act, PUL. We take responsibility for the personal data; name, address, e-mail and social security number, etc., which you provide to us during your registration are never passed on to third parties.
You can always contact us to access the personal data we have registered about you. If they are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the data be corrected or deleted. The easiest way to contact us is at info@wheelsandparts.se.
18. Cookies

You are welcome to contact us by phone on weekdays between 09:00 - 17:00 (Fridays 09:00 - 16:00). As we have most to do in the morning and evening, you can reach us most safely between 10:00 - 15:00.
You can also write us a message stating that you wish to be called and what the matter is, we will call you. The reason why it is good to state what the case is about is because we should be able to gather the necessary information before we call you. You will then avoid unnecessary waiting time on the phone.
